With rozzy crafts metallic htv i recommend pressing for 15 seconds at 310 but test a small swatch on your material you re your press before pressing your final design. Use a craft stick or the scraper found in the cricut tool kit to burnish rub or polish the tape onto the adhesive foil. You then need to heat the area where the iron on design will be placed. Peel away the adhesive foil liner at a 45 degree angle. Heat up your iron to the wool setting or if your iron is labeled with numbers instead of textiles i use the setting in between 4 and 5.
